The required fields ask for your name and email, city or ZIP, ADU route, a short description of the existing property and the intended outcome. You may also provide the address, budget stage, anticipated timing and other ordinary project context.
No phone number, text-message permission or document upload is requested. Please leave out financial credentials, identity documents, account numbers, entry codes, health details and confidential tenant material.
What makes an inquiry actionable
If known, include:
- whether the site is inside Seattle or another city or county.
- whether you are considering a DADU, attached unit or conversion.
- the approximate lot and existing-building arrangement.
- unusual slope, access, tree or utility conditions.
- plans, survey or prior site review already completed.
- household or accessibility goals.
- the exact choice you want to make next.
You do not need a completed design. A concise, honest description is more useful than certainty about facts that have not been checked.
After the form is sent
The response is held by Tally and a notification is delivered privately to the site operator. The operator may assess geography, project type and the requested next step. If a suitable independent business is available, relevant details can be shared so that business can decide whether to respond. Website questions can be sent to [email protected].
There is no promise of a reply, appointment, expert opinion, builder match or quote. A submitted description cannot confirm zoning, engineering, utility capacity, hidden conditions or final price.

Any introduced firm operates independently from this website. Before appointing anyone, confirm the legal business name, current Washington L&I record, insurance, comparable references, scope, assumptions, payment terms and written contract. Get project-specific legal, tax, design or engineering advice when appropriate.

No. It is optional, although an address is eventually necessary for site-specific review. City or ZIP is required to confirm the likely service area.
Can I attach drawings or photographs?
The initial form has no upload field. If documents become useful, agree on an appropriate method with the party responding.
Does sending the form authorize construction contact by phone?
No phone number or SMS authorization is collected. Initial routing uses the supplied email.
Am I committing to hire someone?
No. You remain free to investigate, compare or decline any independent company.
