Privacy Details

The public website contains planning details and an optional email-based project form. It does not now publish a telephone or SMS route.

Details you choose to provide

The embedded Tally form requests a name and email, city or ZIP, planned ADU type, current-property description and project goal. Address, budget stage, timing and extra context are optional. The current form has neither a phone field nor an attachment feature.

Tally retains submitted responses and sends a private notification to the site operator. This allows the operator to assess the request, respond when appropriate and consider whether an independent company could be relevant. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

If you request that kind of connection, the operator may give another right business the project details needed to assess it. A response can also remain with the operator when no suitable match is found. The details are not offered as a general-purpose marketing database.

Inquiry records may be kept for as long as reasonably useful for responding, documenting referrals, operating the service and meeting legitimate legal or accounting needs. To ask about access, correction or deletion, reply to an email you receive from the operator.

Details processed when the site loads

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Like other hosting and security services, it may handle technical request, device, network and security data needed to deliver and safeguard the pages. Cloudflare controls its own processing under its published policies.

The site also runs Google Analytics 4 using measurement identifier G-3RQ0DLB4V9. Analytics can collect page and referral activity, approximate geography, engagement, browser/device characteristics and analytics identifiers. Google’s handling is described in its privacy policy.

The site’s analytics setup disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals. It is used to understand audience acquisition and aggregate page use, not to create advertising audiences from this property-planning website.

Form completion measurement

When the embedded form reports a successful filing, the page records a GA4 event named generate_lead and lists the method as Tally. The event is a count of the completed action.

The implementation is designed not to attach the submitted name, email, address, project narrative, form-response identifier or other answers to that analytics event. Tally handles the form response separately from Google Analytics.

Browser choices

You can use browser settings, privacy extensions or content blockers to restrict analytics or cookies. The general planning material and form remain available without agreeing to advertising personalization. This is not enabled by the site in any event.

Sensitive material is not requested

Do not put passwords, alarm or access codes, passport or license numbers, banking or card data, health records, tax identifiers or sensitive details about tenants into the project form. Those materials are unnecessary for an initial property inquiry.

Links to other organizations

Pages link to public permit offices, utilities, expert registries and commercial companies. A link helps readers check a source. It does not place the linked service under this site’s privacy control. Review the destination’s terms before providing details there.

Children

The site concerns property planning and is not directed to children. The form should be used by an adult with permit office to discuss the relevant property or project.

Updates

This notice will be revised when material collection or routing changes. Examples include a public calling service, different form fields or extra measurement tools. The date at the top lists the current review.
